Outside Golf Operations Manager
Golf Course in New Durham, New Hampshire is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Manager.
Position Overview:
Acts as the leader of the Outside Golf Operations Team in the management of the day-to-day outside golf operations of the facility. The position will work closely with the Director of Golf to accomplish short- and long-term goals of the club. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction for members and guests.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage staff in operations of the golf cart fleet, cart barn, practice facilities, and bag room.
• Maintain a welcoming and positive attitude to promote a quality golf experience to members and guests and to enrich the work environment for team members.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Assist in the promotion, planning, organization and execution of the highest quality golf events for members, guests and outside entities.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Train and supervise Outside Operations Staff to the end of ensuring the highest quality customer experience.
Requirements:
Customer service experience.
High-level organizational skills.
Staff management experience.
Strong leadership skills.
Compensation:
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour.
