Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Learning Technology Manager at Tech Brains Solutions, Inc. The role involves overseeing learning management, instructional design, training & development, and project management related to learning technologies on a day-to-day basis.

• Learning Management and Learning Technology skills
• Instructional Design expertise
• Training & Development knowledge
• Project Management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Technology, or related field
